Year 10 Photography Masterclass

Year 10 Photography & Digital Media classes have been experimenting with ways in which to capture the world around them.

To assist them with their practice, the girls participated in an after-hours masterclass led by the Australian multi award winning photographer, Peter Solness. Solness specialises in the photographic method of ‘Light Painting’. This involves operating the camera during low light to capture images. He has developed specialist light painting workshops for school students as a way to inspire younger audiences and teach them contemporary photography techniques and skills.
